Gourmet Gorillas are very pleased to get back into the groove again after well over a year of the COVID nightmare. We are getting busy now for Summer 21 and already taking bookings for 22. We have done a few very small events this week as we are still observing limits due to COVID. The first one was for a Paella for 15 people, in Cookhill. We did plenty so there was enough spare and for several servings, chicken, chorizo, mussels, and langoustines, with a specific instruction No PEAS, still very tasty! We then did a pancake evening for Michael and Briony in Binton.
This was a lovely evening, their garden was delightful and of course the pancakes were delicious. We provided smoked salmon and cream cheese, cheese and prosciutto ham, as well as Nutella, white chocolate, strawberries, raspberries and of course lemon and sugar a truly pancakeaganza! We do a risk assessment for every venue and will continue to do so to ensure the safety of every guest. The Gorillas are really looking forward to the rest of this year.
